Front desk staff was courteous however the clinical staff was rude and condescending. Arguably the worst clinical experience I've ever had. Addendum: I was contacted by Patricia Meredith who seemed to take my concern seriously. She also gave us an appointment with another doctor in hopes of having a better experience and also getting the care that we did not receive during the first visit. That visit was scheduled for yesterday but after arriving on time and sitting for 90 minutes we were informed that the doctor wasn't coming in. As well, during the first visit I repeatedly told the doctor that there was a third medication that my granddaughter was on that I was searching for in my notes. She was super impatient and kept telling me that she knew what it was. It was our first visit and they did not have comprehensive documentation from her former doctor. I finally found it after I got home and it's a medication that should absolutely be considered during treatment, but she was prescribed meds without the full picture. I'm pretty upset about that but I will definitely not be returning to CFHC for specialist treatment for her. The argumentative and dismissive way in which

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was treated so extremely rude by the gynecologist who did not even look at my scans or blood work, she basically knew nothing about why I was referred to her. Then when I look at MyChart she quoted me as saying something I NEVER said. I specifically asked her if she called in a prescription and she said she did but she didn't. I felt as if she did not want to deal with me as she referred me elsewhere because I do not want to go through painful testing. So now I have to travel to another hospital for a surgery she could do at the hospital blocks from my house!

I had my first appointment at this location with Dr Kidd. Leading up to meet her, the staff were friendly and helped me out with my check- in process with the greatest attitude. The assistant that led me to my room was Jovan and she was very kind throughout our interaction. I was nervous as I’ve had some bad experiences with prior providers and hoped this would be different. Dr Jasmine Kidd was so kind and a breath of fresh air! She made sure I was comfortable and showed me the tools she was using for my visit. She answered my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable and cared for!

Nurse practitioner Kyana Hurt needs to really work on her Customer service skills as far as listening to a patient and changing the rude and rushed push she gives my sister went and had a terrible experience feeling very stressed and already having High blood pressure that’s not what should be provided. Please work on that and do better

Most times all staff are friendly sometimes there is a long wait even if you have an appointment, it just really depends on who you are seeing and for what that day. Today my appointment was at 10 and I left at 10:55 less than an hour which is great. I favor this location because not only is it close to my house, this location is also big. Parking is good too. They have a free parking structure directly across the street if there is no free street parking left.
